How do the Best Options dials work?

The dials and leaderboards are intended to replace the old-school way of posting results/standings on the BOH communication board.

If you’re in “Green” (below left) that means you are performing better on that Best Option than 80% of your peers at your restaurant.

If it’s in “Plaid” you’re performing better than 90% of your peers.

If you’re red (below right) or yellow, it means there’s a great opportunity to build your tips by concentrating on that category, and will give you advice to help you get to green.

If you visit "My Dashboard" you'll see your personal improvement for each metric.
