First thing to check is that the TM(s) email and phone number match what you have for them in WFN (ADP). The TM's Mobile number must be entered in the "Personal Mobile" field in WFN.
Tip: TM information is updated to Shifthacker platform only once each day at 11AM. The changes are processed and ready by 2:30PM that same day. If changes are made in WFN after 11AM then the update will take place next day. This process is seven days a week.
Ensure your TM is selecting the "Sign-up" option on the login screen to register in ShiftHacker.
Forgot Password will not work if the TM has not first registered and set their password.
